The Evans Art Guild took part in "Art Night" at Highland Elementary School in Derby,NY. We worked on some art pieces and displayed some of our work. Parents and children came around to see us. I talked with many young girls about doing paper dolls and explained how to draw clothes over the doll with tracing paper. I also started painting some dolls.
It was so much fun to see the enthusiasm of the children and answer their questions about paper dolls.
The Evans Art Guild really enjoy this event and it is a wonderful opportunity to share our work and love of art with the children.
