My Mother and my Aunt were good friends and went on a tour of the West and another of Washington DC back in the late twenties and thrities. I just ordered some knickers by Marc Jacobs. They are back!

We had "slumber parties" in the summer and could sleep out on the screened in front porch.
The other picture is of me cutting out a paper doll set by Helen Page. Many years later, I got
to meet Helen and now own some of her original work. Life takes us in many interesting directions.
